Café Vatel, Fresh food by day, Lounge bar in the evening

Place of practical application of students of Vatel Lyon, Café Vatel is a true chameleon, during the day people of all ages like to like to grab a quick meal with a natural and tasty products. Dish of the day prepared by the chef while as the fresh soups & salads and are freshly prepared every morning with vegetables from the local market.

In the evening, the Café Vatel lights up in red and becomes a Lounge bar. Friends come together for a drink and share small protions of meat or cheeses.

Each week, four students from different academic years bring the café to life under the guidance of their teaching professionals. 1st year students are supervised by the 2nd year students, who themselves led by third year students. The 1st year students are in an operational role, while the more experienced assume the management functions.
