Vatel Restaurants, the students in contact with the client

All Vatel schools are equipped with an application restaurant.

In their first year of study at Vatel, students are introduced to the functioning of a kitchen, a dining room and a reception in real conditions.

They acquire the skills and knowledge of the profession by training in various operational positions which they plan to manage in their future career.

They also are introduced to management right from the beginning: 1st year students are led by 2nd year students who themselves under the responsibility of 3rd year students.
